Booking terms

Booking and payment

These terms cover bookings, stays and related services at Idylle Apartments. A contract is formed through the booking and confirmation by Idylle Apartments, including electronic or platform confirmation. Individually agreed terms and the booked rate take precedence. The full rental price is due by the agreed date. Non-payment may result in cancellation. Agreed extras and additional costs may be charged separately. Check the displayed price, fees, payment timing and any applicable local visitor tax before booking.

Cancellation

The cancellation terms of your booked rate take precedence. Unless different terms were agreed, 50% of the rental price is refunded up to 30 days before arrival, 25% at 29–15 days, and no refund from 14 days before arrival. Early departure is not refundable. Notify us in writing; platform bookings must also use the platform’s cancellation function. If the provider cancels for an important reason such as uninhabitability, force majeure or technical problems, rental payments already received are refunded.

Arrival, occupancy and conduct

Check-in is from 3 pm and check-out by 11 am, unless agreed otherwise. Late departure that disrupts cleaning or later bookings may incur costs including alternative accommodation; the existing terms specify a minimum charge of €250. Only registered guests may use the accommodation unless consent is given. Unregistered overnight guests are charged €49 per person per night. Quiet hours start at 10 pm. Parties, events, disruptive noise and illegal activities are prohibited.

Smoking, pets and commercial use

Smoking is prohibited. The existing terms specify a €250 contractual penalty or cleaning charge, with further resulting costs potentially charged. Pets require express prior agreement; unauthorised pets may incur an additional €100 cleaning charge. Please contact us before arriving with an assistance dog. Commercial photography, filming and other commercial use require prior written consent; the existing terms provide for €50 per hour for the duration of an unauthorised commercial booking.

Care, liability and other provisions

Treat the accommodation and keys carefully, report damage promptly, wash used dishes, dispose of rubbish, remove personal items and return keys as instructed. The agreed terms also cover damage by accompanying guests or visitors, missing items and extra cleaning. Existing host-liability terms refer to intent and gross negligence and liability for valuables only as legally required. Mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected. Personal data are processed for booking, stays, communication, invoicing and legal obligations; see the privacy notice. Changes must be agreed in writing. Invalid individual provisions do not affect the remaining terms. German law applies; a venue at the provider’s location applies only where legally permitted. The German terms provide the complete underlying wording.
