Please check the conditions shown before completing your booking. Individually agreed conditions or your booked rate take precedence. Free cancellation is not a general standard.
Existing default conditions
Unless different terms were agreed: Up to 30 days before arrival: 50% of the rental price refunded. 29–15 days before arrival: 25% refunded. From 14 days before arrival: no refund. Early departure is not refundable.
How to cancel
Email info@idylle-apartments.de with your name and travel dates. For bookings made through a platform, also use its cancellation function.
